Imagine two flocks: one large and thriving, the other a lone sheep at the edge, vulnerable and even lost. At Anden Ministries, we don’t choose between them. We shepherd both.

As a fallen pastor myself, I’ve walked the rocky path of despair. I have been at rock bottom and ready to give up.  But God’s grace, and the undeniable presence of the Holy Spirit, pulled me back to the fold. As I clawed my way back, I realized the gaping hole in existing systems, the lack of guidance for both the fallen and those meant to guide them. Today, Anden Ministries embodies that hand, reaching out to both wounded shepherds and those entrusted with their guidance. We see this as a two-pronged approach that offers a hand to the fallen and equips current shepherds with the tools to prevent future stumbles.

We stand with the fallen, those 1% who stumble under the weight of leadership, doubt, isolation, and loneliness. We offer more than platitudes – intensive coaching, tailored support, and a community of understanding. We help them rebuild their foundation, mend broken relationships, and rediscover their purpose. Witnessing pastors like Stephen, who conquered addiction and rebuilt his family, fuels our fire.

But prevention is equally vital.

We equip current pastors with the wisdom and skills to recognize the warning signs in themselves and others. We offer training programs based on Galatians 6:1: to gently restore the fallen while upholding accountability, lest any of us stumble. We believe in proactive care and intervention. Just as with the parable Jesus shared in Luke 19 about leaving the 99 to seek the one, we believe it is the responsibility of the shepherd (as well as those in the 99) to seek those who fall away and bring them back. 

This dual-pronged approach honors the spirit of Romans 11:29: “the gifts of God and His call are irrevocable.” We help them claim it anew.  The return to the pulpit may not be there but the call to ministry still is and we help you through the process.
